What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final and there are no returns or exchanges on any item unless I have not shipped your item. If you have ordered something by mistake you must contact me immediately. If the package is lost in the mail I do not do refunds. Once the item is shipped out, please track your package with the tracking number provided to ensure your package got to you safely.
How long will it take to restock a certain product?
- Usually 1-3 months are needed to restock an item. There will be delays due to holidays and COVID-19.
How do preorders work?
Some of the items are tagged as “preorder”. This means that they are new products that have not been produced before with an estimated shipping date. The items still have to be produced, so this type of order usually takes longer than a stock order. Depending on the manufacturer and shop owner's time, this can take 1-3 months. There will be delays due to holidays and COVID-19. KEEP IN MIND, if you order a preorder item & whatever that is in stock in my store, IT WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PREORDERS COME.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes! Keep in mind international orders will take much more longer to ship and will be more expensive.
Graknarts will not be collecting or remitting VAT, meaning this VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs.
All EU & UK customers who purchase directly through www.grakanshop.com should be aware that import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs.
Any charges incurred are the customer's responsibility, and must be remitted to the customs office in order for the package to be claimed. This includes custom fees in other countries aside from the UK & EU.
Depending on where you are, processing times as well as additional processing fees may apply once the package arrives to your customs facility. Fees are determined by destination countries, please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to placing a purchase.
Please note that these recent changes to VAT may affect your package's processing time in customs. For all UK & EU customers, please be aware it may take an additional 1-2 weeks for your package to be held in your customs facility (in addition to our shop's shipping & transit times).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Handling time is between 2-15 business days from purchase date (not including holidays and weekends). What is a business day? A business day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, or any day which is a legal holiday or any day on which banking institutions are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close. I ship my products generally either on Monday, Wednesday, or Saturday and arrival time will depend on your local post office. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Keep in mind that conventions will take most of my time and some orders WILL BE DELAYED from 2-15 business days to 3-5 weeks! All of us small businesses have personal matters to deal with as well so please be sure to check our main socials for constant updates. Does shipping include tracking? How can I track my order?
- All shipments are tracked (even stickers). You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is shipped. After 2 days from shipping you can check your delivery status via the USPS website HERE.
